Our fully equipped service vehicle comes to you, saving you the inconvenience of getting your machine to a workshop. We only use quality replacement parts and lubricants, and all work comes with warranty.
Power Equipment Service
We also offer a power equipment repair service for all your smaller machines. servicing can be done at your property, or if your machine requires more extensive repair, we have a fully equipped small engine workshop.
Cutting Deck Repair
The part of your ride on or zero turn mower often damaged is the cutting deck. Whether it be due to impact, or corrosion, in most cases it can be repaired. Cutting decks can be very expensive to replace, sometimes in excess of a thousand dollars. It is always worth having the damage assessed to see if it can be repaired.
Fabrication & Machining
Now and then we come across machines with problems that require parts that are no longer available. If you need a part or component fabricated, repaired, welded, or machined, we can help. We have the right gear to get it done.
Engine Repair & Reconditioning
As your equipment racks up the hours, normal wear and tear takes it toll on the engine. Sometimes they begin burning oil, making excessive noise, or simply losing power. Other times they can stop due to mechanical failure. Most of the time they can be repaired for a lot less cost than replacing the engine.
Chassis & Frame Repair
Some ride on mowers, particularly the ones fitted with large engines, can be prone to chassis or frame cracks, and transmission mounting failure. Husqvarna machines are notorious for this. Over the years we have repaired and reinforced many ride on mower frames with great success.
Mower Parts Recycling
Over the years, a lot of our customers have upgraded or replaced their ride on mowers, and the old machines have ended up in our "barn". These machines are a valuable source of good used parts that would be otherwise expensive to replace. A great example of this is replacing a troublesome John Deere manual gearbox, by converting it to a hydrostatic transmission using parts from a donor mower. We also have MTD, Toro and Husqvarna parts available.
